10 Signs a Lack of Clarity is What May Be Your Biggest Money Manifesting BLOCK

The following list of questions are all from the areas that I would mentor you on if you were enrolled in my S.W.A.N. Transformation Marketing Strategy programs.

If you're not clear on all of them and you'd like to work with me to get some insight, ideas, and an outside perspective on how well you're taking action on each of them, that's exactly what we would be doing working together!

I'll share the question and why it's important to get absolute clarity on it for manifesting business success.

1 ) What problem does your business actually solve?

When I audit online businesses, I know from the very first moment I visit your website if you're clear about this one.

For example, if the top section of your website says, ''Welcome, friends!'' or ''Hi, I'm Christine, a marketing mentor.'' Then I know we've got work to do on this one.

Knowing what problem you solve in a market - even if you're selling handmade window baubles - is key to standing out, getting found, and meeting the unspoken needs and desires of your dream customer.

The trick with this question is that many business owners are not solving the actual problems their customers have.

They are only solving their own business problem of trying to make money online. And it shows in phrases like, ''I am such and such (with insert boring job title)'' and ''I help such and such with (insert generic description).''

The result is a forgettable brand and content that doesn't speak to people's underlying emotional needs.

People don’t buy “help.”

They buy a specific outcome for a specific problem they already know they have.

And this is true whether you are selling obvious problem solutions like resoling shoes or you're selling luxury items like feathered hair fascinators.

The problem is the underlying reason people want to buy something.

That problem is an emotional need more often than a practical one.

Nailing down exactly what specific problem you are solving is one of the first and most important steps we will cover when we work together.

2 ) Who specifically are you trying to help?

Most business owners try to help ''everyone'' which is a massive mistake!

Or they are not specific enough, or specific enough in the right way.

And you’re never helping just a type of specific person, either. You’re helping a version of someone who’s waking up to themselves.

In other words, when you market, you are helping them see the person that you can help them become.

The TRANSFORMATION.

So we will nail down exactly who you're helping in extreme detail. Not by like eye color, but by what's keeping them up late at night, either in sweaty anxiety or in daydreamy fantasy.

And we shift your marketing to start talking to the version of your customer who sleeps peacefully at night.

3) What result do people walk away with after working with or buying from you?

This isn't just what people get from you.

It's what people will remember about what they got from you.

And that's not commonly what they think that they are paying for. It's the unexpected and unplanned experience around what they paid for!

So we help you paint the picture of what the result feels like for your customer on a visceral level.

Things like internal emotional shifts, external behavioural habit changes, new ways of living that blow their minds! (In a good way.) 😅

4) If someone landed on your website or profile today, would they immediately know what you do and sell?

And more importantly, do they know what they'll immediately GET from what you're selling?

They should know within 3–5 seconds upon arriving. It needs to be clear AF.

They might even feel it before they understand it, if your branding is sharp.

Like there’s a vibe, a pull, a sense of “this is about becoming someone different,” a very specific someone. Even if the mechanics of HOW they are going to get there aren’t immediately clear.

But that’s the point.

The right people don’t need everything spelled out instantly. They recognise themselves in your brand's energy, the language, and the transformation you're talking about.

Many business owners may have a disconnect between the thing they are selling and the vibe they are emiting.

When I audit sites, this is one of the things I'll look for.

What you're selling has to be clear not just in what you say you're selling, but in how you are showing it.

5) What stage of business and marketing are you in?

Knowing the answer to this one will tell you exactly what to prioritize. It helps clear the overwhelm, because you see what needs to be done step by step.

In my Marketing Audit & Treasure Map service, I very clearly see when a business owner has skipped or ignored an essential foundation.

For example, you can't skip the Attraction stage of building a compelling, memorable brand and just go straight into making content. Making content is the Interest stage. If you do that, your Conversion stage may suffer, depending on your business model.

But each stage is also not just a marketing stage that you're building in your business...

It's also about YOU becoming the person who can hold that stage of business you’re trying to build.

So, for example, many people can nail branding, but their fear of being visible may get in the way of making content that sells.

Clarity matters most at every stage. So we need to be able to identify where you're at and what may be blocking you from gaining momentum.

6) What part of your business feels heavy or lacking momentum?

These are typically the areas where your energy is out of alignment.

It usually isn’t the task itself that's the problem. It’s the energetic resistance underneath it.

The places where things feel stuck are often the places where there’s doubt, pressure, or misalignment creeping in.

You can still “do the strategy,” but it feels like pushing instead of creative flow. Creative flow is feeling pulled.

But the real question underneath resistance is: where are you trying to force something your identity hasn’t fully caught up to yet?

Because that’s where momentum disappears. Not from lack of action, but from lack of internal alignment.

The fix is usually simplification and eliminating things you don't need to be doing at this point in your business.

It's usually not putting in more time and effort.

Because resistance can often show up as overthinking and overcomplicating a task.

So we strip things down!

7) What are you avoiding because you’re unsure it’s the “right” move?

You’re not really avoiding the task itself, see. You’re avoiding the possibility of being seen in the wrong version of yourself.

Because “the right move” isn’t just strategic… it feels like identity risk.

What if you show up and it doesn’t land? What if you commit and it’s not you?

Avoidance is weirdly one of the ways the brat part of our brains is trying to protect us.

So avoidance usually shows up when you're subconsciously experiencing an underlying fear of the unknown. Your brain is working in the back alleys of your awareness, seeking safety in certainty.

But here's the thing...

Certainty never arrives before action. It comes through it.

This is where accountability comes in, and why working with a mentor is a fast track to accelerate your business and revenue growth. You're not fighting your brain alone! I supply some big safety nets and get you to take the next big leap you need to take.

And in marketing, the “right move” is rarely obvious upfront, right?

It only becomes clear through consistent action and feedback. I help you learn how to simplify the work you need to do to get to your goals, and show you how understanding your analytical data can help you replace the guesswork.

When you feel more certainty and confidence, your subconscious and conscious parts of the brain finally start to work together to get sh*t done!

8) What decision have you been postponing for months?

Have you been ''thinking about'' starting a podcast, investing in a business program, or hosting an event for months and months now?

If so, your indecision is most likely getting stuck on an old identity of yourself far more than on time, money or practical considerations.

Indecision happens when we fear how a decision will force us to change how we see ourselves.

It's about the meaning you are giving the new identity, and all the stories your brain makes up about it.

That postponed decision is usually tied to a version of you you’re not fully ready to embody yet.

Choosing it would mean you can’t go back to the old identity, the old safety, or the old excuses.

So the real tension happening in your brain when you're sitting on a decision is, “If I choose this, I have to become someone who follows through.”

And that’s where the resistance lives. Not in the decision, but in the identity shift that it demands. That's why it's so scary!

So when it comes to manifesting business success, postponed decisions are almost always identity problems in disguise.

And the longer you delay in gaining clarity on who you need to become, the more momentum you lose.

For example, if you say that you want to turn your creative business into full-time, 6-figure self-employment, but you have not actively defined who you are as a 6-figure entrepreneur, you may still be operating like an employee with a creative hobby business.

Afraid to invest in software, contract help, education, ads, etc. You have to KNOW who you are becoming to act like that person NOW.

At some point, you don’t need to think about it anymore. You need a decision + action loop so you can learn what actually works.

So, a lot of mentoring work is about helping you bridge that gap in how you see yourself, so that you can make better decisions that reflect that identity you are stepping into.

9) What is the next obvious step in your business - and why haven’t you taken it yet?

So, the next step is usually already obvious to you. The thing you know you should be doing, but aren't.

Why? You need to get clear on this.

Because like most people, you have all the information you need on why it's important. Probably TOO much.

So the issue is whether you’re willing to trust yourself to take action on what you already KNOW.

The obvious next step is only ever blocked by a lack of commitment.

And once again, this is because of an identity lag.

You’re still negotiating with an old version of yourself that is still hanging out, dragging future-you down, wanting more certainty, more permission, or more reassurance.

It can usually be something so simple that you're putting off, too. Like reaching out to potential clients, getting on video, doing LIVE videos, or really committing to one consistent marketing channel in a new way that feels unfamiliar to the old you.

And you have not taken this obvious step because you are overthinking, making excuses, or waiting for perfect timing.

Literally waiting for the version of yourself that you can TRUST!

The version that always steps up, always takes action. The one that makes this sh*t look EASY, right?

But that version doesn't exist yet.

She needs you to get clear on who she is becoming before she can manifest.

In mentoring, it's this work of helping you identify why you have not taken the next obvious step that AI and no amount of information will EVER be able to replace.

10) Are you actively pursuing REJECTION?

Yes, rejection! Because manifesting business success is the belief that success is both possible and inevitable, right?

So if you truly believed that your success was inevitable, then you would not fear rejection, would you?

You'd be putting yourself in many. many uncomfortable situations, willingly facing a LOT of rejection, with the calm self-assurance that you're going to win. It may take time, but you are going to bloody WIN IT.

Right?!

This is the reality check on manifesting money for my manifesting witches: if you truly believe in something, you will be fearless about NOT receiving it.

You know it's coming.

So, for example, you're not afraid of looking cringe on a LIVE video, or the lack of engagement on your content, going to business networking events, pitching, emailing people. You take action confidently as if you've already won.

Business then becomes a FUN numbers game!

You no longer beat yourself up for all the numbers that don't pan out for you.

So what? Right? Keep playing, keep having FUN, and not only are you 100% guaranteed to succeed, but you'll also have the most MAGNETIC AF ENERGY about you! Having all that fun, making content that you enjoy making!

It does not work the other way around, through force and grind and bitching and complaining.

You've GOT TO HAVE FUN. 💃🕺

And embrace all the rejection coming your way.

What does this look like? It looks like a freshly tilled garden of nothing but fertile soil and seeds. It looks plain right now.

But you don't question that if you keep watering all those seeds, they WILL grow eventually. You will have basil, and mint, and tomatoes, and spaghetti squash. Goddamit, I miss spaghetti squash! It's hard to find here in Australia!

I'm going to eat SO much squash when I go back to the states for Thanksgiving this year!

So your field is bare. But you don't see that as a reason to give up, do you? You know you just have to be patient. You may not see the growth happening under the soil, but it's happening.
